Meet Your Webinar Hosts

Josh Parnell is the Founder and CEO of Limitless Leadership LLC.

He is an experienced leadership coach and a United States Air Force veteran with over 20 years of leadership experience.

Prior to entrepreneurship, he grew and developed his leadership skills as a corporate trainer and coach for Christian Brothers Automotive, where he led a TEAM for nearly a decade that served thousands of employees within the organization.

His signature "roots to results" coaching method has helped hundreds of shops meet and exceed their desired outcomes.

Joe Hyde is our lead technician coach with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.

As an ASE Master Technician L1, Ford Senior Master Technician, and holder of more than 20 OEM certifications, Joe has dedicated his career to mastering the art of automotive repair and leadership. He holds an Automotive Instructors Certificate from Boise State University, a minor in Electronics, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell. His expertise extends to being an OEM Automotive Software Specialist, an industry instructor, and he also serves as a valued member of the Auto Care Association Government Affairs Board.

Brandon Jones, AAP, is a seasoned performance coach with a track record of delivering proven results.
