Day 1

  • Introduction To Limitless Leadership: Welcome and overview of the day’s training goals and expectations.
  • The Leadership Mindset: The way we view things drives the way we do things. We work on challenging limited beliefs, dive into perspective, and how we can influence those around us.
  • Core Values To Live & Lead By: Discover how intentionally cultivating “Happy on Purpose People” builds the foundation for an award-winning shop culture.
  • Casting Vision & Aligning People: Define Your WHY, Lead with purpose, live your values, and create daily wins for your team and guests.
  • Effective Communication and The Roadmap of Delegation: Building stronger teams through foundational conversations, an introduction and implementation to 1-on-1's, and transitioning from "Player to Coach" by empowering responsibilities through 5 keys to effective delegation. 
  • Effecting Change: We GO through things in order to GROW through things. This session explains why and how. We discuss practical tools and strategies for developing effective habits, changing behaviors, and effecting change.

Day 2

  • Preview and Review: Reinforce day 1's takeaways and preview what's ahead for day 2.
  • Operational Excellence: Win the day, win the month: Lead with speed, integrity, and clarity by communicating quickly, modeling high standards, and using KPIs to drive smart decisions and real-time results.
  • Creativity & Innovation: We learn how non-creative behavior is a learned limitation and 5 strategies to become a forward-thinking leader.
  • The Triple Threat: A deep dive on effective onboarding, the MAWL training method, and the ‘Roots to Results’ coaching method.
    Ownership & Accountability: Learn how to create a sense of ownership for your team to execute what’s been promised, as well as exercising accountability to be answerable for actions and outcomes, guaranteeing action to help your team drive the mission of your vision!
  • Take Action: Adopt a hustle mentality, own your role, steward every dollar wisely, and bring a winning attitude that gives your team the best chance to succeed, no matter the challenges.
