Hi there! I'm Josh 👋
After completing high school with dreams of becoming a filmmaker, I began my journey at the University of North Texas studying Radio, TV, and Film. But life took a turn following the 9/11 attacks, and my focus shifted to serving my country as a member of the United States Air Force in Security Forces. This experience exposed me to different types of leadership - servant, situational, and positional, among others, revealing the importance of authentic relationships and influence in leadership.
Over the past two decades, I've dedicated myself to cultivating leaders, empowering those I coach and mentor to believe in their potential to effect change. With a track record of helping individuals elevate their leadership skills and achieve exceptional results, I eagerly anticipate forging new connections and continuing this fulfilling journey with all of you.
